Can a philosopher talk about sports?

The instinct is to protect the credential by staying in the rooms where it is recognised. That instinct has the thing exactly backwards.

The lens is the identity, the rooms are the proof.

Guarding the identity by staying home was never credibility — it was hiding.

The one discipline: nothing ships that the room could have said without us. Could the radio have made this? If yes, it should not have shipped.
