The Questions · the second mind · counterweight
How should you actually use AI?
Not a rule about how much, and not a list of permitted tasks. One question, asked each time, that has a different answer on different days.
Counterweight, not multiplication — and it runs in both directions.
Which wall am I standing against today, and is this pulling me off it or pinning me to it?
It brings nothing that can arrive and demand a seat.
What this settles
Which is why it works at all: it is the weighing half of a person, detachable, and the person it completes is you. A counterweight only helps while something is pulling the other way — and knowing which way you are already leaning is the whole of the skill.

Items without a link are sessions, shorts, strand reads or frameworks that live as video or audio rather than as pages. Everything Philosophy Zero puts out is listed on the Shelf.
Nothing on this page is composed. Every sentence in the answer is drawn from the pieces listed above. Where a claim is compressed, it is compressed from one of them and adds nothing they do not say.
The fit
An enhancement is a benefit when it fits — so the questions are which way you already lean, how much is too much, where it should never go at all, and what it is missing that you have to bring. 2 of the 5 here have been worked through; the rest are on the map and not yet walked.
