The Questions · the collective · the lean
So what holds against a lean?
Rooms lean people. The reflex is to look for something to hide behind — and the thing that actually holds is not a barrier at all.
Not a wall.
A weak self is stuck in whatever state it gets leaned into — the room hands it a lens and it simply looks through it.
A strong self notices the lean, and either goes with it because the moment has earned it, or deliberately leans the other way.
What this settles
Which is why removing the room is not protection. A self that has never been leaned has not been kept safe; it has been kept from the thing that builds the strength. And nothing in a room with weather is neutral — declining to lean a child is not declining to influence one, it is leaving the loudest voice in the room to do it.

Whose team is it?

Nothing on this page is composed. Every sentence in the answer is drawn from the pieces listed above. Where a claim is compressed, it is compressed from one of them and adds nothing they do not say.
