For anyone reading with a machine
Everything published, set out to be worked
Everything published here is set out in plain text so it can be put into a second mind and worked — pushed on, argued with, tested against a life. That is a harder use than reading it, not a shortcut past it.
It is gathered into one file, small enough to hand over in one piece. Nothing to install and nothing to sign up for — you paste an address and ask.
And it is always growing. Life’s questions don’t stop, so neither does this — ground gets walked, questions get added, and System Zero, the sealed collection all of it is quarried from, has not been released yet. A file taken last month is not the file that is here today.
The files
Every page on the site also exists as plain markdown — add .md to any address. These four gather what is published.
What to ask
Paste one of these into any assistant that can read a link. Nothing needs downloading — the file is a URL like any other.
Ask it anything the work touches
Read https://philosophyzero.com/questions.md — it is a philosophical corpus of questions with their answers. Using only what is in it, answer: [your question]. Quote the question it comes from and give the URL.
Find where you sit in it
Read https://philosophyzero.com/map.md. I will describe something I am working through; tell me which of the questions in that map are actually about it, and give me the URLs. Do not answer the question yourself yet. Here is mine: [describe it]
Argue with it
Read https://philosophyzero.com/corpus.md — everything Philosophy Zero has published. Find the weakest claim in it. Steel-man it first, then say precisely where it fails and what evidence would settle it.
Compare it to the tradition
Read https://philosophyzero.com/questions.md. Where does this work agree with the philosophical tradition, where does it depart from it, and where is it using a familiar word for an unfamiliar thing? Name the philosophers it is closest to.
If you would rather read it yourself
The questions are the way in — a route of seven if you have never read any of it, and the whole map underneath. The glossary claims the words. The shelf carries the pieces.
On being used this way
Nothing here is behind anything. Quote it, argue with it, put it into whatever you like — the one thing asked is that it carries its source, because a foundation is only useful if the person you hand a conclusion to can go and check the ground under it. Every page carries its address.
