How we operate?

Everything a person does comes out of one of two places, and the test that sorts them is a single question you can ask about any act you have ever performed.

Two systems. Urges arrive already moving; choices get built by weighing.

You govern choices; you are only ever aware of urges.

Which draws the governing line in the only place it can hold. Awareness is not control — you can watch an urge with perfect clarity and have no say in it. What you govern is the half that gets built, and the whole practice sits on knowing which half you are in.
